Profile - Dwayne & Alberta Ennest

Owners Dwayne and Alberta Ennest share a long time commitment to the Calgary culinary scene. They have both worked in the city for the last 20 years. Dwayne has been the chef of several fine restaurants including River Cafe, Teatro, Mescalero. He also credits his many overseas "stages" for his current food philosophy; simple ingredients prepared with expertise.

Dwayne and Alberta started their restaurant group with the Diner Deluxe in 2001, and over the next four years opened the Big Fish, Open Range, and Vue Café.
